This policy explains how Ray's Auto Detailing (“we”, “us”), a mobile detailing service in Columbia, Missouri, collects, uses and shares your information when you visit this website, request a quote or book with us.

Information we collect

• Quote and booking requests: your first and last name, email address, phone number, the services you're interested in and any notes you add. Appointment bookings also include your chosen date and time.
• Facebook and Instagram lead forms: if you request a quote through one of our Meta ads, Meta passes us the details you enter in that form.
• Website usage: Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity record how the site is used, such as pages viewed, clicks and scrolling, device and browser type, approximate location and how you found us. See our Cookie Policy.

How we use it

• to respond to your request, give you a quote and schedule your appointment;
• to send confirmations and reminders by email and text message;
• to follow up by email if you haven't booked yet;
• to measure and improve our website and advertising;
• to keep business records.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages and emails

When you submit a request, we may text you at the number you provide to confirm it and about your appointment. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe from our follow-up emails at any time by replying to one or by contacting us.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business:

• Vercel hosts the website.
• Supabase stores quote requests and appointments.
• Resend sends our emails.
• Twilio sends our text messages.
• Meta (Facebook) receives website activity through the Meta Pixel and, when you submit a request, an encrypted (hashed) copy of your name, email, phone number and city through its Conversions API, so we can measure our ads.
• Google and Microsoft provide website analytics.
• Rosey Co, our website and marketing agency, maintains the website and is notified of new requests so it can support us.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and keep business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

• You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
• You can opt out of texts (reply STOP) and follow-up emails at any time.
• You can limit tracking by blocking cookies in your browser, using Google's Analytics opt-out add-on, and adjusting your Facebook ad preferences.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. We will honor them where they apply.

Security

The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to your information is limited to the people and services that need it.

Children

This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
